The paper addresses the issue of excellence in school education, in case study mode. It studies the subject of education and learning from two angles: relationship and the process of teaching and learning, between: the teacher and the taught, and second, relationship between the organization or service provider and the service receiver, and present an action-outcome framework for learning and excellence.
