Isi artikelData analysis is a crucial part of Quality. Wisely applied data analysis technique gives insight to improve the processes. In the same way education process needs to be analyzed with statistical data analysis techniques in order to ensure Quality in Education. This paper presents application of Statistical tools for school processes. The below statistical analysis is with reference to Teachers Subject Knowledge Test (TSKT) for Satya Bharti Schools. This paper has been developed in three sections that cater a small part of teacher subject knowledge data analysis to find areas of improvement. Section 1 deals with descriptive statistical summary of 730 teachers, Section 2 contains hypothesis testing to find significant changes in performance of teachers and section 3 presents grouping of teachers using Cluster Analysis. The purpose of this study is to understand further improvement in teacher’s subject knowledge and plan for next training accordingly that will help in holistic development of students
