IBM Daksh Pioneers unique concept of proactive quality Risk management demonstrating End 2 End Risk management of client project at all phases of engagement value chain. Risk interventions are at proposal, contract signing, transition and steady state phases of a project. These focus on 7 key Risks - client satisfaction, delivery performance, scope, financials, human resource management, information & data Risks and work & schedules. The entire process is governed by standard tool and database to maintain consistency across all reviews.
