In this research, we want to investigate the degree of difficult of the knowledge transfer, and the influences on the businesses and management of the foreign subsidiaries. After the analysis we find out: 1. the control of high managers is the most preferred method adopted by the Taiwan enterprises. 2. The degree of the transfer of the knowledge will influence the performance of the business management. There is a positive relationship between the degree of the knowledge transfer and the possibility of the adoption of the hierarchy control of the organization and the business output.
