Isi artikelThe Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia have important role in economic growth. But, they have a lot of difficulties in the growth and development, which caused by lack of financial funding, poor quality management skill, and lack of technology utilization. This research tried to evaluate the importance degree and implementation level of the quality management practices of the SMEs based on five quality management stages: product quality, process quality, quality system, total quality, and business quality. Questionnaire was used as measurement instrument to collect data. The research results can be improvement inputs for SMEs and Indonesian government.
