Isi artikelPrince of Songkla University can be considered the oldest university among others in the southern Thailand. The focus on the state of the art in the continuous improvement in all aspects is imperative because the situational variables such as the aggressive in marketing of other institutions are not constant and the existing competitors are becoming more competitive. Thus, to enable PSU, especially at the Faculty of Commerce and Management to remain competitive this study aims to study, analyze and recommend how to improve the organization performance by focusing on the staff members’ working environment. Total six dimensions (role and autonomy, work and life balance, training and career development, physical environment, and view of the organization) of working environment were used for this study. The recommendations regarding the result of the study are provided as the set of procedures.
