In a global economy, international division of labor and production mode based on the global value chain has gradually become a new trend in the world economy. In order to develop the trade between China and East Asia and worldwide better, this paper analysis the competitiveness of export production of China and the countries of ASEAN, and find out the industrial product of China has competitiveness in the international market. Through illustrates the current position of China in the global value chain, with its cheap factors of production, China has been deeply involved in the global value chainand became the “World factory”. And analysis that the influence factors of the trade between China and other countries in ASEAN and offer a practical way that China develop trade better with ASEAN based on the global value chain.
