Isi artikelNowadays, due to the competitiveness of the markets and low durability of the products, connoisseurs consider focusing on organizational agility to be the key to the survival and success of organizations. On the other hand, gaining agility in the organization calls for agility empowerers that can help that organization to gain competitive advantages in the market. In this regard, the aim of the present article is to recognize the role of agility empowerers in gaining competitive advantages in the market for the producing organizations based on Cook and Seiford's approach. The statistical population includes the auto – parts manufacturing companies of East Azerbaijan. In order to collect data, from among the managers and experts of the manufacturing companies under study, 50 subjects were chosen and polled. The polling was based on prioritizing agility empowerers namely responsiveness, flexibility, speed, and competency with regard to gaining competitive advantages in the market. The obtained results indicate that from the viewpoint of ranking the organizational agility empowerers in making the manufacturing organizations under study agile, flexibility is placed the first, and competency, responsiveness and speed are placed second, third, and fourth, respectively.
