Isi artikelto one area or region while inappropriate for the other. Because in this unwrap and free system of growth and investment where competition is high, companies should go for globalized strategies and procedures rather than more robust for a country or area than the other. This paper focus on the problem of contradictory corporate governance rules in various countries duly faced by firms when they go global or invest out of the borders of their country. The paper presents a Tri-Circle Globalized Mechanism for multinational corporations, which suggest that there is a need to redesign the strategies by dividing the bubble into three circles of economic regions i.e. Developed Developing & under Developed countries. In addition to this Two-tier model given by Luo in 2007 has been also discussed, which imply that parent company and subsidiary company should be in connection with respect to corporate governance and management. So that any troubles arising in the subsidiary can be identified and resolved easily. Tri-circle Globalized mechanism given in this study propose that after dividing the countries into three economies it will be trouble-free for a firm from developed area to follow the policies of developed circle at home , while using the other set of policies designed if investment is made in developing or under developed circle. Each of these circles further has categories for every industry. By using this phenomenon organizations can cope with challenges faced by them when they focus some abroad country or region having demand for its product or services. Finally policies adopted by organizations should be global then specific so that problem of variance in course of action can be reduced around the globe.
