In general, the main problem in small-medium industries is the weaknesses in the managerial aspects, such as financial constraints (limited funds/capital) and products marketing. In an effort to develop small-medium industries, these weaknesses should be eliminated. One way is to implement a community service through training activities, Proposal Submission Bank Credit for Business Group Fisheries. Approximately 75% of those who have submitted proposals to the bank credit have been approved. However, approximately 25% of the loan proposal have not been approved because of the constraints on credit guarantees. So it is advisable to submit PBC (People's Business Credit), namely credit facilities from banks that provide loans without asking for collateral. It can be concluded that by having seminars, training and mentoring of the proposal submission bank loans that have been implemented can be declared a success according to indicators rate of > 50 % of all participants.
