Isi artikelThe purpose of this study was to reexamine and analyze the influence of blockholders ownership, firm size and leverage of the company's financial performance in the manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is the manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) totaling 131 companies (ICMD, 2013). This study used purposive sampling with the observations of 2008-2012 and who had complete data in accordance with the purpose of the study was at 30 years of observation. The shape of the data from this study are secondary data obtained with documentation techniques sourced from ICMD. Methods of data analysis in this study using path analysis with the help of SPSS program package. The results of this study show that blockholders ownership, firm size and leverage has a negative effect but not significant to the financial performance of the company. The results of this study would be useful to: (1) Manager in making financial decisions with regard financial leverage to maximize the company's financial performance; (2) Investors, using voice held to oversee the management in making financial policy that the company's financial performance can be optimized; (3) The regulator, in making policy on the provision of a minimum share ownership and maximum stock ownership.
