Act Number 11 of 2012 involving social work profession in dealing with children in conflict with the law (ABH). This paper will discuss the role of social worker as professional that will work closely with legal professional. Clarity of roles is expected to avoid collisions with each other due to the jobs involved have some similar roles and functions. Public prosecutor, community worker and social worker are expected to work in harmony in performing their duties.
