Isi artikelKnowledge Management System (KMS) has been developed and implemented in Indonesia organizations but the success of KMS has not been determined and evaluated. This study aims to propose a KMS success model based on technical and social factors, and also to analyze the factors that influence the success. The method of data collection is using survey by distributing questionnaires conventional and online to three organizations that have already implemented KMS. The results from data processing are found that system quality, knowledge quality, user commitment, use, and user satisfaction significantly influence KMS success. System quality and knowledge quality indirectly influenced use.
