The implementation of the worker’s pay off adopts a system that is adjusted to the worker’s education, experience and responsibilities. The system is categorized into several ranks of position/salary in order to increase the workers achievement and the and the company’s pruductivity. According to the law, the worker’s pay-off is intended to increase the productivity of work and the prosperity of the workers, and must be adjusted to the development of the price of the basic daily needs, and must refer to the labour law determined by the government.
