The establishment of ASEAN Economic Community by 2015 as one pillar of the ASEAN Community should he well anticipated, particularly its possible Trade and Investment Relations. There are some legal issues that ASEAN Economic Community may face in such efforts, The legal issues are related to : the legal capacity of ASEAN Community; ASEAN Law Regime; establishment of ASEAN Law Information Center; judicial cooperation; investment law harmonization; international agreement under the ASEAN Charter; Mediation; and ASEAN lawyers.
