Changing people mind set is the most difficult effort to do because people mind set already-formed by a long process even becoming a habit and culture in people society. Many factor witch come a mind set strongly planted for example education degree, family and community. Planting and entrepreneurship esprit is the most important thing to do build a courage and motivation to increasing welfare with extracting capability and skills within people for improving their income. We welfare with effort like concealing and guidance, a welfare can grow from their self, not only for individual but also for community as an effort to overcome unemployment and poverty problem.
