Community development in Desa Pantai Harapan Jaya has positive impacts te on Bekasi as supporting city for Jakarta. The objective of this study is to present community needs of Dusun 1 (Kelapa dua) and Dusun 2 (Panombo Barat) Desa Pantai Harapan Jaya to support community development. Quantitative and qualitative method were employed. Data were obtained through an depth interview, self-report inventory, and focus group discussion. Level of education, reasons why children don't go to school, ownership of birth certificate, economic and health problems, and status of family's employment are some major data This research recommends advice for parenting and upgrading education, health and economy to all community.
