This paper aims to identify the factors that influences visitors decisions of coral reef recreation snorkeling in Kepulauan Seribu. The data used in this study includes environmental variables as well as non-environmental variables, which are procured through survey and processed using multinomial logistic regression model. The economic value of coral reef is then acquired by estimating visitors Willingness to pay using Random Utility Model.
