Human resources as assets and agents of change is very important for an organization. There reframing concepts related to changes in the organization, the discussion here emphasizes the human resource frame. Changes in the organization needed to be able to continue to survive. Increased knowledge and skills of human resources in an effort to improve the archival competency of human resources, which in turn will increase the competence of the organization.
