Isi artikelThis article examines the quality of working life and determinant factors of Atma Jaya University's human resources. Its aims at finding out the contribution of internal determinant factors (career commitment and achievement motivation) and external determinant factos (the perception toward work reward and the condition of work place). The techniques of collecting data used are rating scale and attitude scale. The techniques of collecting data used are rating scale and attitude scale. The techniques of analyzing data employed are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, variance analysis, and t - test. The results of correlative analysis showed that there is a significant correlation among career commitment, work reward and the condition of work place with the quality of working life and achievement motivation.
