The aim of this artikel is to see how the effects of government policies on bank’s recapitalization regarding the impact of systemic bank failure in the case of Century’s Bank. The problem is whether the decision of Century’s Bank as the bank failed that have systemic impact is correct, if it is seen that there are some cases in the previous Century’s Bank. Basically the decision making of Century’s Bank as the bank failed that have systemic impact is not a right decision because the criteria set out about the systemic impact is only fulfilled quantitatively on the first point, that is financial and institutional aspects of Century’s Bank and the result is Century’s Bank has not very important function in the banking industry. So it can be seen that government policy is regarding bank’s recapitalization in fact does not walk properly.
