The development of education in Indonesia through a stage that a more systematic and efficient. With the globalization of world issues, it also have an impact on education, where the educational process that usually takes place face-to-face in the classroom, has become a habit and difficult to change it, with the progress of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), it is expected that the learning process, which can be done by utilizing the internet facility, that expected, can improve efficiency and effectiveness with the learning process. Students are required to get used to, using computers and internet, so that teaching and learning process can take place not only in the classroom, but the learning process can also be done outside the classroom, because the learning materials can be obtained through the Internet, lecturers are expected to take advantage from the internet facility to give more learning materials to the students, as a reference as well as student in learning the subject, may seek additional material available on the internet, in order to be able to understand the subject of the class.
