Isi artikelThe present study investigated the grade differences on critical thinking skills and critical thinking dispositions among engineering college students. Participants were 243 engineering students who completed the critical thinking skills and critical thinking dispositions inventory made in Korea. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis of variance. The results of MANOVA were as follows: First, there were not statistically significant differences among grades in the critical thinking skills scale. Second, there were statistically significant differences among grades in the critical thinking dispositions scale. The differences meant that there was significant improvement in critical thinking dispositions according to grade. These results implied that more attention and education on critical thinking skills should be provided for engineering college students.
