The purpose of this study is to investigate how the instructional adaptation and cooperative teaching with special education teachers for their students with disabilities in the inclusive settings. For this study, the survey was developed and distributed 55 general middle schools, total of 440 middle school teachers. To analyze the collected questionnaires, Kruskal-wallis one way ANOVA by rank based and Kai square (?2) were used. In this study result and implication were discussed.
