Isi artikel
This paper applies the psychological principles to analyze the mental process of the public sign service, and proposes the idea of "syllogism of similarity-based cognition". Base on the idea, an experiment of "study-identification-feedback" is designed as well as implemented, which is used to analyze the factors that affect the efficiency of public sign service and to explore the impacting level of public signs' shape and color on their service efficiency.
