This project is aimed to develop instructive media on energy issue for elementary school students in the form of 2D animation interactive application with voice over on Android operating system, by using pastel color, which is bright and sweet, in order to grab audience’s attention and tell the story of a school girl named “Bai-Por” about how she could save energy in her daily life. There are 18 shots showing several ways of how to use the energy economically of hers such as using a carpool to travel to school with friend or turning the classroom lights off when they are not used. Furthermore, the description of several alternative energy, such as wind power, also included in this media as well.
