This paper explores the relationship between social capital and SNS user’s self types. The self types are: 1) independent and 2)interdependent self-construals. In addition, there are three social capital included trust, norms, and networks. The network has two levels: bridge and bond capital. This study has 330 subjects to data analysis. The results shows that independent self construals has a positive relation on bonding capital, whereas the interdependent selfconstruals has a positive relation on bridge social capital. This research figure out the relationship among SNS user orientation and social capital in terms of bonding and bridge capital, trust, and norm.
