This research intends to identify the factors that are considered by the “Village” Taylors in determining the tailoring cost and how their establishment procedures. Data was collected throw in-depth interview of the three tailor located in Gandok Tambakan, Banteng Baru and Minomartani village. The research results showed that there were six factors considered by the tailors in determining the tailoring cost, i.e: the basic wage, additional complement material, customer segments, competitor price, raw material quality, and the acceleration time. Consider to the six factors, the tailoring cost are determined.
