This paper reports the application of robust design techniques for green machining, which has some important advantages when compared to conventional methods of machining optimization which only emphasizes the effort to minimize the cost of production alone. Green machining processes are environmentally conscious that represent sustainable manufacturing, so it can produce products and environment quality in a balanced. We used AISI 6061 T6 to make valve in our experiment by using Taguchi Method. The experimental study to optimize turning paramters to get minimum energy and power consumption
