Isi artikelThis paper discusses the design and realization of cognitive radio antennas for applications on the working frequency of 2.35 GHz and 2.6 GHz. This antenna consists of two parts, a sensing antenna as a scanner antenna frequency spectrum, and a reconfigurable antenna that serves as a communication antenna. Reconfigurable antenna is equipped with two switches between its two patches that can perform reconfiguration frequency. The main focus is the study of the antenna that can scan the frequency spectrum and antenna which can work on two frequency by providing a switch on the antenna structure. The results showed that the designed antenna suitable for cognitive radio applications because it can perform two main functions, namely sensing and reconfigurable frequency. The antenna is designed to work at a frequency of 1.28 GHz -GHz antenna for sensing at a frequency of 2.35 GHz and 2.6 GHz and for reconfigurable antenna.
