Isi artikelHuman resource is an important component in an organization, including the Jakarta Education Office. The Institution has an important role in solving the problems of education in Jakarta that requires employees who have self-confidence and discretionary behaviors to make contributions without regard to considerations of formal incentives. This study aims to determine the level of organizational citizenship behavior and self-effciacy in the Jakarta Education Office (PNS and CPNS) in various field and levels. This study uses linear regresseion and general linear model. The result showed that organizational citizenship behavior and self-efficacy are in the high category. Moreover, there is significant influence between self-efficiacy and organizational citizenship behavior. Self-Efficiacy influenced the four dimensions of organizational citizepship behavior, namely conscientiousness civic virtue, courtesy and alturism. However, self-efficiacy did not influence the dimension of sportmanship.
