Bioelectric potential is caused due to ion stream in vegetation. The potential is a potent technique of SPA (Speaking plant approach). In this study, the potential of a white radish was measured in ethyl alcohol atmosphere to establish the SPA technique. The absolute summation (vm1) of the potential for one minute is adopted to analyze the characteristic, and the frequency of LED panel and the concentration of ethyl alcohol are adopted as parameters. And the absorption capability (Pa) of a white radish for the alcohol is derived and the relation with the vm1 is examined. As the result, it becomes clear that there is a correlation between vm1 and Pa, namely Pa becomes larger as vm1 becomes larger. The distribution of Pa for the light frequency and the concentration indicates a normal distribution and it is thought the potential has a relationship with the growing of vegetation. Other summations vm30 and vh1 for 30 minutes and one hour are also adopted to derive the relationship with Pa.
