Isi artikelThe firm’s green supply chain management (GSCM) implementation and performance evaluation is in on-going process. The balanced scorecard is a multi-criteria evaluation concept that highlights the implementation and performance measures. However, there is abundance of green supply chain management literatures on the framework, only is a scarcity of literature on how to build a hierarchical framework in uncertainty with dependence relations, should be evaluated properly. This study proposes a hybrid approach called, network balance scorecard (NBSC), applied interpretive structural modeling to build a hierarchical structure, uses the analytic network process to analyze the dependence relations and applies fuzzy set theory to determine the linguistic preferences. The four dependence NBSC aspects and twenty dependence criteria are evaluated for a GSCM implemented firm in Taiwan. The result shows that financial aspect and life cycle assessment criteria are the most importance performance and weighted criteria. The managerial implications and concluding remarks are discussed.
