Isi artikelA ratio of online hotel booking has been going up with the growth of the Internet. User reviews of hotel booking site provide travelers with valuable information when making a decision on accommodation. Comments of user reviews also show us users’ expectation and desire. In this study, we propose the method to analyze tourist motivation using online hotel reviews. The motivation of tourists of Yamashiro hot spring inns is analyzed using the proposed method in application on hotel reviews of the inns. The validity of the proposed method is verified by extracting of the subject of Yamashiro inns from the results of tourist motivation and quantitative textual analysis.
