In March, 2011, a big earthquake attacked the East Japan suddenly. The earthquake produced the great sacrifice and damage. It is new memory the big confusion occurred traffic congestion and communication disorder . Lack of product occurred by which Buying-up is one of the big problems. It wsa caused by various factors. For example, Operation stop of the factory and Collapse of the logistics by traffic congestion. Confusion was further accelerated by Buying-up. The people became Uneasiness by Information that daily product are lack. As a result that people buying up, product was short not only daily necessities but also the gasoline. In this study, I think that prediction and measures of Buying-up is possible by construction of Buying-up model. Differential equation model is constructed refer to "social trendy differential equation model"[1] . In this study, investigation and analysis pay attention to the Buying-up that occurred after East Japan great earthquake disaster.
