Isi artikel
The authors have constructed an improvement action selection model that contributes to gaining trust with the other company when undertaking intercompany transactions, as well as building sustainable contractual relationships. As a specific example, the authors focus on the process whereby the logistics provider and shipper gain mutual trust through social activities. The implicit aspects of the logistics provider’s operations are visualized and statistical science is used to determine the causal relationship between CustomerSatisfaction Factors and ImprovementAction Factors and then determine the extent of improvement in each operation, in order to enable the logistics provider to select the optimum improvement actions to gain the customers’ trust. Thus, a model was constructed to enable the optimum improvement actions to be selected, and mathematical programming(knapsack problems)was used to deduce the optimum solution. In doing so, constraint conditions were also applied to ensure not only that operations with the greatest extent of improvements were selected, but also that labor-intensive operations were less likely to be selected, making the model more practical on a working level. Finally, the effectiveness of this model has been verified and the required results have been attained.
