Isi artikelIn multi-attribute procurement, the buyers and supplier not only consider the attribute of price, but also the attributes of delivery terms, quantity, supplier reputation, quality level, after-sale services level and so on. So the multi-attribute procurement problem can be translated into a hybrid multi-attribute decision making with hybrid data which the values of attributes integrate with real numbers, interval numbers and fuzzy numbers. To solve the problem of winning supplier selection in multi-attribute procurement problem, a novel multi-attribute procurement mechanism is proposed based on grey relational analysis method. Concretely, the hybrid data is defined as the hybrid sequence, and the grey relational degree of hybrid sequences is given. Then an optimization model of selecting the winning bidder in multi-attribute procurement is proposed based on grey relational degree of hybrid sequences. Finally, an application example is given to show how to apply this new multi-attribute procurement mechanism.
