Recognizing the need to find more fertile fields, thousands of rank - and - file CPA s from all areas of practice are taking part in the CPA Vision Processan initiative designed to create a common vision of the professions future and the impetus for achieving it. Some 3,000 of these contributed input through Future Forums, professionally facilitated one - day visioning sessions held throughout the United States last fall under the aegis of the state CPA societies.
