The performance is a result of a process that involves many different components of activity, not only as a result that occurs at a certain point at a certain time. This paper is written in conjunction of the previous paper in an endeavour to implement the Balance Scorecard's Based Performance Monitoring in Faculty of Engineering, UAJ Jakarta. The aim of this paper is to describe and formulate the mechanism and workflow of Performance Monitoring of organization member of Faculty of Engineering. The Operation Excellence of the Faculty is expected as the impact of the applied new Performance Monitoring system. A computer based Performance Dashboard has been developed to support the system. Performance Dashboard has been widely used in industry as a management tool to regularly monitor the overall performance of the organization. The Dashboard is intended to support the Dean to monitor the achievement of each Program under the Faculty. Workflow is depiction of a sequence, declared as work of a person or group of person (Ko et .al, 2009). In term of information system, the term refers to automation of business process with emphasized in information flow. In defining the workflow of Performance Monitoring, the author refers to the organization structure of the faculty and the authority of each managerial level. The workflow is developed based on current Performance Management business process and modified to support the streamlined process within the faculty. In the preceding research that we have engaged, the Author has defined the Strategy Map and KPI (Key performance indicator) - refer to Board of Accreditation and Internal Quality Assurance – and continue to develop the procedure of performance monitoring process.
