Isi artikelIn the project described in the article, the authors intended to determine whether short video movies could be used to help language students develop their written and oral skills. The authors produced four five-minute video movies, with no sound, on everyday topics. The students were first asked to write a composition to accompany a film, and then to record the corrected composition to produce a soundtrack for the film. The completed presentations were played to the class for the purposes of comprehension and discussion. The results proved most encouraging
