"The Cabinet and Bureaucratic reforms: the Task of new President" is the proper theme chosen by the MIPI as scienttific speech in the conferring of the MIPI award, not onely becuase it is becoming a public discourse, but because of the cabinet and the bureaucracy are two important pillars of a government. If one of the two is not managed properly then the government will not be able to work effectively. Jokowi-JK government can only realize its nawa cita if it can form a solid cabinet, translatting Nawa Cita into its programs, and it is able to move the bureaucracy to implement it according to its spirit. This article shall discuss the the observations of current state, while prompting rearrangement cabinet and government institutions.
