Domestic violence is a kind of action which can phisically hurt and phicologically insult the members of the household. This domestic violence is commonly commtted by the powerfull to the powerless, like husband to the wife. It occurs in almost every level of social life, from the low to the high. This phenomena may reflect certai social fact. This writing is aimed at describing the social fact due to the domestic violence. The research was conducted in Bekasi Regency, West Java. The data were colloted via an obsevastional method and interview and questionaire technique. The data were analyzed using a univariat analysis and identity method. The result of the analysis were descriptively and naratively prensented. It was found that there are four social reflection from domestic violence in Bekasi. They are (1) dissportivity; (2) impatience; (3) immercy; and (4) unwisdom.
