Isi artikelWe present to you the success story of our business division which is a part of Bosch Limited in India, a Robert Bosch, GmbH with a group turnover of 47 billion € and more than 300,000 employees worldwide. While GDP in India continued to show an unfavourable trend, and others business divisions and organizations were struggling with single digit CAGR, we created historical growth of more than 100% from 2011 through 2013. The thrust of our success story lies in the strong belief of our model called “Journey of Transformation” which began with a commitment by Senior Management Team in 2011 to work with the common approach of “TRUST, TRANSPARENCY and TEAMWORK ” (TTT), with the inputs of “Breakthrough Management” and “Visionary Leaders for Manufacturing (VLFM)” as taught by Prof. Shoji Shiba. We always focus on three aspects namely, Profitable Growth, Productivity and New Business Models which are synonymous with the three eyes of Buddha. We enable these aspects through another set of processes - Product Fit to Market, and VLFM. The TTT approach, if perceived as a wheel progressing towards excellence, is moved by leaders at all levels following the “joy of leading” and constantly supported by a wedge of “Consistent Quality”. We have achieved increase in productivity leading to 100% more growth in two years, 75 % improvement in space productivity over three years, 70% reduction in quality costs, 30% reduction in indirect manpower. We moved from Good to Great and continue our journey towards excellence
