Innovation has become an imperative in today's fast changing world and TRIZ is fast gaining popularity as an innovation tool amongst many Asian engineering companies. This paper deals with application of TRIZ in our company since its introduction three years back. The paper will present the approach followed in our company to successfully develop front line Engineers working in manufacturing environment to train and complete many TRIZ innovation projects with benefits in Productivity, Quality, Delivery and Cost . This approach which led to generation of may innovative solutions and many ideas getting filed for patents
