Aiming at enterprises’ commonly-faced problem of improving the quality management, this paper briefly introduces an effective way of improvement in quality management for those manufacturing enterprises through an illustration of a manufacturing enterprise’s practice over years. To improve its quality management, the enterprise illustrated in this article has done the following: Firstly, pinpoint its existing problems for corresponding promotion. Secondly, systematically classify and optimize management documents at all levels. Thirdly, constantly improve its existed quality management system. Fourthly, find a model enterprise to follow. Fifthly, establish other systems for supplement, such as environmental management system. Finally, further improve and introduce Excellent Performance Model. The enterprise wishes to save twists and turns, improve the quality management as well as find an appropriate way for its development through its constant efforts with the experience learning from others
