Isi artikelWhen manufacturing enterprise transforms to Internet corporate, as the value basis of continuous iteration of hardware (module) and software can be obtained only by interacting with users, it’s necessary to use the interaction between socialized media and the user. Interaction not only involves in a department or enterprise, but also needs the participation and interaction of all relevant parties (including user) related in the whole product life cycle of the whole process. Most manufacturing enterprises arrange their interaction tasks to planning or marketing-related departments when interacting with the user, and regard it as the responsibility of the planning or marketing departments. This comes from the function division of traditional organizations, while it was the interactive series era. For ideal enterprise, interaction means that the new product design, through interactive participation of socialized network media users including collection of users’ focus and participation of scientific and research institutes and suppliers in the sorted out information, is delivered to users with true influence for initial experience, and the product experience feelings are perfected through real-time interaction with such users; at this moment, the enterprise participates in user experience in real-time through interactive tools of APP platform, and all ventures directly are connected to the user. The interaction is a series of activities based on the active participation and active identification of users, focusing on standardization and sustainability. Through interaction with market users, the enterprise can make the operational organization structure flatter, and thus providing better service for users. After the organization is flattened, people will actively focus on their own inconsistencies and overcome the inconsistencies, being more open other than self-closure. The interaction between enterprise and user has now come in parallel era, which differs from the series in the following aspects: series organization is a closed flow centered on enterprise, while the parallel ecosystem is built on the basis of zero distance and opening.
