Isi artikelThe “KazAviaSpas” is a joint-stock company with 100% of the ownership of shares by the Government of Kazakhstan. The main activity of the company is the provision of aviation services to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - MES) in the prevention and elimination of emergency situations as well as the implementation of other activities in the field of Civil Aviation in accordance with the legislation of the country. Also the company in conjunction with the MES of RK participates in the implementation of the State Program for the Development of the Healthcare system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In order to improve the efficiency of main activities, reduce wastage, to provide innovation approaches the company has been successfully implemented Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 and Business Excellence Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management at the level "Committed to Excellence" in 2012. As a result of this project were approved strategic directions of the organization: development of civil defense system; the creation of the efficient provision of manpower and financial resources in case of conflicts of varying intensity and emergency situations; ensuring the fire and industrial safety; preventing and reducing the severity of the consequences of emergencies. To achieve this strategy was approved the following objectives: to create conditions for reducing of risks and minimize damage from man-made accidents; creating a sufficient amount of inventory and improve the system of state material reserves; creating conditions to reduce risks and minimize of accidents and natural disasters impact; timely notification of the threat and occurrence of disaster. By the organization was carried out the trainings for professionals of different categories as well as conducted self-assessment of performance of structural divisions. According to the results of self-assessment have been identified the organization's strengths and areas for improvement. As a results of improved management system the performance indicators of main business processes have increased significantly in comparison with previously planned. In particular, the number of flight hours in 2012 was 3912 hours instead of planned-3403. Sanitary aviation division performed more than 687 rescue flights, with a total flight time 2858 hours, 687 people were delivered in hospitals and also conducted 17 operations and 368 consultations. The positive trend of the development and achievements of the company for last 3 years will be demonstrated in full paper and presentation
