Isi artikelWith the rise of international environmental awareness as we enter the 21st century, countries, companies and even individuals all over the world start giving importance to various environmental issues. Building green supply chain management has become a major challenge and trend for corporations in obtaining a sustainable society. The tourism supply chain management is also discussed in the recent years, and it became the new research topic of tourism. The Balanced Score Card (BSC) is a strategic tool widely used in various enterprises. This study proposed to integrate BSC and the Analytic Network Process (ANP) model to develop the Tourism Green Supply Chain Management (TGSCM) indicators. The results indicated that the current market dynamics and growth potential can be understood by constructing the Tourism Green Supply Chain Management (TGSCM). Selecting key factors through BSC can help understand the balance point between the company's revenues and the environmental protection to develop a unique tourism operations model for companies to profit and protect the environment at the same time
