In recent years, the management method of combination six sigma with lean develops further in practice, which came into being the way Lean Six Sigma. It can widen the application in shortening cycle and eliminating waste, etc, which has become the significant tool for enterprises to realize strategic target.In the methodology, Lean Six Sigma absorbs the advantages of the two management modes, but not the simple addition, which is to complement each other and combine organically. It emphasizes the start that identifies customers’ requirements and critical quality, the foundation which based on data and process analysis. It combines organically the typical six sigma methods that QFD, FMEA, C&E, ANOVA, DOE, etc, with the VSM of lean, theory of constraints, one piece flow pull-production, error prevention, TPM, etc, into the lean six sigma which has clear structure. By implementing lean six sigma management, which can reduce the fluctuation in business process, improving process capability, stability,robustness, reducing WIP, inventory, cost, shortening production line, the time of production preparation, improving customer satisfaction and boost the competition of enterprises effectively. The paper introduced the design of the six sigma methodology which is applied in manufacturing enterprises,using valuable formula to combine six sigma with lean under the condition that the product function remains the same solving the undesirable engineering, low production efficiency and low modularized index ,etc. Mainly shows some systemic, complex, and fluctuation characteristic management problems during the production process, process design, physical design, which can be implemented synchronously through the VSM?P-Map, schematic diagram,Robust design P figure?TRIZ ,etc , then realize the synthetical effects of the product quality improvement and cost reduction. It also reflects maximum value of the combination six sigma with lean, providing the experience reference for each enterprises’ product design and production process
