Poster presentation for high school students are used as medium of knowledge and experience transfer. Posters also provide a means of publication for learning process that the students did inside and outside the class. There was a little research on this topic of interest has been undertaken in Indonesia, particularly, for senior high school students. With these in mind, the qualitative study specifically examines challenging and benefits of creating poster presentation based on the Eldest Project (Entrepreneur and Leadership Day) in SMA Labschool Jakarta. The study also looks at the roles of teacher and students in the entire learning. A total of 260 students in grade 12th participate in this study. In group of ten, they were assigned to perform a series of tasks, including (1) creating the product; (2) creating poster; (3) promoting the product using poster; (4) creating and writing poster presentation; (5) presenting the poster presentation. Drawing these data, the study present reports on four findings, that are: (1) creativity; (2) leadership and(3) teamwork.
